Uploading files URL with double slash

Hello, I'm testing out uploading a new PDF file using PowerCMS. Steps: add text, click on Link button, browse server for the PDF file to upload, upload file, create the link. The URL should be something like: http://www.crwwd.com/projects/dcwts/files/test.pdf, but it always defaults to a double-slash after the "files" folder: /projects/dcwts/files//test.pdf

I'll attach a photo. Is this correct, or should I take out the second slash?

I'll need to troubleshoot directly, see the private message section.

OK. Not sure if it's related, but you also helped me with a problem uploading photos on the same website earlier. (http://www.webassist.com/forums/posts.php?id=34505)
