Powergallery 2 designs won't show properly, no preview on anything

Nothing will work correctly - if I try to edit the settings to see if making is smaller helps, it still turns out bad:

If I choose a different design (like a slide show), only the first picture is correct, then the rest are all out of whack and not view-able (like down and right) - plus, when choosing a design, there are no previews - it shows as Internal Server Error

I'll need to troubleshoot directly, see the private message section.

I also need FTP login details in order to see the files on the server and troubleshoot.

There is a server configuration issue preventing me from fixing this issue.

I was getting a 403 Permission denied error trying to access the /galleryinstall/galleries folder. this points to a permissions error for that folder, so using FTP, I tried changing the permissions to 755, that returned a permissions denied error through File Zilla as well:

Status: Set permissions of '/galleryInstall/galleries' to '755'
Command: SITE CHMOD 777 galleries
Response: 550 CHMOD 777 galleries: Permission denied

I am not able to make any changes to the permisons for the folder through file zilla, you will need to contact the host to have permissions for the '/galleryInstall/galleries folder corrected.

I was able to change the gallery to 755, let me know if you are able to work now or if I need to do something else...it was showing it was set at 777 before I changed it

I am not able to see it in the file listing of file zilla, and trying to access it gives a No such file or directory error

Status: Retrieving directory listing...
Command: CWD /galleryInstall/galleries
Response: 550 /galleryInstall/galleries: No such file or directory
Error: Failed to retrieve directory listing

Not sure what I need to do - did you go into the control panel admin I sent? That is directly on the server - I can see the galleryInstall/galleries folder and all of its contents there and on my ftp
