Error Initializing UI: TypeError: groupObj has no properties error

In CSS Form Builder i get this error when i try to edit the contents of a form. (on both existing updated forms and new forms)

Error Initializing UI: TypeError: groupObj has no properties

This results in me not able to edit any content after i posted the initial form.

I have tried reinstalling and removing the WINcache file from the Application Data\Adobe\Dreamweaver CS4\en_US\Configuration folder

Before i installed CSS Form Builder i uninstalled (as instructed) the old Validation Toolkit.
