PEAR Mail Help Required

Hello Jason,

I am trying to use PEAR Mail setting in Universal Email so that I can apply SSL SMTP authentication. The hosting company have supplied me with the path to PEAR but when using it, I still encounter error. Please have a look at the error message I am getting on the webform (see image attached).

The error you are getting is the open base dir restriction error.

this means that the host has the open base dir restriction in effect, but the per path is not allowed for opening.

you will need to have the host edit the open base dir settings to allow the pear path.
