Session variables not being created

Hi, I'm using CS6 64Bit. I have DB v 119 installed.

I've just used WebAssist's Create Security Pages to build a login, register and update page etc.
I'm been following the 'Create a Double Opt In Registration System with Data Bridge' tutorial on youtube.

For some reason DW is not creating the random string session variable. so when someone registers it inserts into the database.

No idea if this problem is related to DB or DW.

Anyone come across this issue?
any solutions?

Thanks, Paul.

I think is misunderstood your question.

are you saying that there is no Random String binding in the bindings panel?

If so, you may need to create it manually.

Open the bindings panel, click the plus button and select Session Variable.

Name the binding:
rpw

if that does not stick, Close DW and use the OS file system browser to access the DW site root files and delete the _notes folder, then try again.

BTW: on looking at your site files, the webassist/email/templates folder has not been uploded
