Can I add hyperlinks and change them within CMS?

Need to add a CMS page to a site that contains various hyperlinks on the page. I want client to be able to log in and make their own updates including changing the hyperlinks (what it says and where it points to). Just making sure this can be done...

Using PowerCMS Builder it is pretty straightforward to add/edit text and hyperlinks

Hyperlinks

I don't see anything within the editor to do this. Do I have to go into the source view?
