site sculptor wont load

I have previously bought the extensions below and all were working ok. I since acquired a nasty virus and had to do a clean install of
windows 7.
after installing all my extensions again, the css site sculptor will not load. I have been looking at the appropriate user forums for a
solution but as yet have not found any "cure" that are working for me.

you mention:

does this mean you have the stand alone extensions installed along side Data Bridge and Design Extender? if this is the case, that will be the cause of the problem. You should only have Data Bridge and design Extender installed, not any of the stand alone extensions.

after installing Design Extender and Data Bridge in the extension manager, you will need to Open Dreamweaver to start the webassist installer which will complete the installation. If the webassist installer does not open automatically, try opening a php page, that should trigger it to launch. Once the webassist installer completes, make sure to restart DW.

Hi Jason. I replied to your question asap and waited patiently.
Ok so off we go again.
I have updated Dreamweaver to CS 6 v12 Build 6808
I have completely uninstalled all of my extensions and even downloaded the extension manager for a new one v 6.0.8.28
I have installed data bridge 1.1.9 and design extender 1.1.8 one at a time and still nothing is happening with regards to the site sculptor.
I tried running DW with every possible configuration of my extensions. At this moment the only extensions I have in the manager are Data Bridge and Design Extender.
This is all getting very tedious and my site is now way, way over time. It is a good job this is for myself and not a paying client.
Thank you very much and I look forward to your reply to this now very urgent matter.

Well Jason. I have waited at my PC for over an hour so-far with skype loaded and ready for action...and,oh dear, you're not there.
Now let me just explain a little. Firstly I have given lots of support to webassist lately. I having bought Super Suite, PoweStore, Design Extender and Data Bridge, and you would think after all that, I may be right in thinking that I deserve a tiny little something in return...but so-far, Nothing!
This might be something quite trivial to an ordinary person but I am not ordinary. I have secondary progressive Multiple Sclerosis and as such, am now severely disabled.
Having had to put everything on hold now for well over a month, this is making me extremely stressed and agitated, perhaps the two most detrimental things for someone with a disease like MS.
I sincerely hope that this situation can be resolved at the earliest opportunity...(that sarcastically means NOW where I come from)
