Dynamic Product Options

I have eCart 6.0 and have successfully built a couple of carts (with your help). I am now in need of being able to create dynamic product options with pricing increments. While I can replicate what you have in your tutorials, I cannot seem to get my 'dynamic' options to work well. I have many different products with many different options and need to be able to enter them into the database and utilize it on the front end.

Thanks. See PM

For the option selection, the value of the radio button should be the option ID.

when working with incremental pricing, you need to pass the option id to a recordset to look up the selected option, then [ass the option name and price increment from the recordset to the cart.

If you want us to help implement this, we can help through a premiere support appointment:

I took the plunge, spent the money on the Premium Support and worked with Ray on the Dynamic Product Options today. It took 2 hours and he TOTALLY ROCKED IT! It was sooo worth spending the extra money to have such an extreme cart that can populate whatever options I need... with the incremental pricing factoring into the equation. I learned a lot and... it was SO much fun learning things that I've wondered about for such a long time.

I know budgets are tight and we all want to save money. Do yourself a favor... stop spinning your wheels like I was doing and purchase the extra support. I plan on doing it quarterly... simply for the education. Thank you Ray... AWESOME job!

Margarita time... it's 5 O'Clock somewhere, right?
