Date Picker Date Format

I have added the code below to make the date picker show a UK date

$('#albumDate').datepicker({
changeMonth:true,
changeYear:true,
dateFormat: "dd/mm/yy"
});

However I now get a validation error.

How do I correct the validation please?

I dont see anything obvious, looks like that sould pass validation.

I'll need to troubleshoot directly, see the private message section.

This only appears to be a jQuery validation not a server validation problem

Solved

I recreated the pages using the Data Assist wizard and the problem seems to be sorted.
