Existing galleries disappeared after upgrade and editing produces 404's

Existing galleries disappeared after upgrade and editing produces 404's

I read the instructions and thought I followed them. It led me to believe that I only needed to overwrite the old files and all would be well but not only are the galleries messing and have no images but it's giving me 404's on pages when I see they are there in the FTP. My client doesn't like that this has happened to his live site and I need to get it fixed asap.

I corrected the problem. Looks like you where upgrading Power Gallery 1 to power gallery 2 but had not run the /install_gallery/upgradev1_v2.php script.

OK thanks but where are all the images that were in the galleries? All those galleries had images in them and they are now all empty?

edit the POWERgallery/webassist/caching/PG_CachedResize_Image.php file, add the following code at line 1:

<?php ini_set("memory_limit", "256M"); ?>
