Jamie

firefox issue?

Hi Jason

Not sure what is happening but I have a news and a blog set up on a site where the news or blog title is checked to see if its unique and error if it isnt when update is clicked.

On previouos sites this has worked absolutely fine in all browsers but I recently reformatted my HD and reinstalled most recent extensions and now the attached png shows what happens. In chrome.png on update the error message shows and the content from the other fields remain in place and visible but in ff.png as you can see all the content from the fields disappears entirely.....

I have attached the 2 update pages from the backend if that helps.

I updated the following file to fix the problem:

/webassist/form_validations/wavt_scripts_php.php

Hey Jason

That hasnt fixed the page at all for me - in firefox the fields are still empty when updated and a dupe title is 'found' (chrome and IE are fine)..

I've tested on 4 computers and it is working for me, I am not able to reproduce.

thats frustrating... I have tried on 3 machines each on different networks, one using FF 20, one FF 28 and the other FF 29 and they all do the same (eg blank the fields) :(
