When the website CMS users upload a file to the site, the link path doesn't include the domain, only //files//subfolder. Is there somewhere that this can be corrected permanently?

I gave them a work around, but they can't seem to get it to work the way that I can, but I need a permanent solution to this for them.

the links don't need to include the domain to work, they should be site relative:

/folder/pagename.html

if the site relative link is not working, I'll need to troubleshoot directly, see the private message section.
