I did an Activation reset, but my Design Extender still don't reset the activation on it? May you help me?
I also did a restart after, but it didn´t help. No problems with DataBridge.
Kind regards.

If you send the MAC address for the active network card and the serial bnumber being used in the private message section when replying to this thread, I can generate the license file for you to manually activate design extender.
On windows, To find out the MAC address:?
1) Go to the Start Menu -> Run. Type "cmd" and click on OK to bring up a command prompt.?
2) At the command prompt type "ipconfig /all > c:\\ipconfig.txt"?This will create a file in your C drive called ipconfig.txt. This file will have the MAC address in it.
On Mac:
1) Open System Preferances
2) Go To Network
3) in the list of connections, select the active one, and click the advanced button
4) Go to the Ethernet tab and note the Ethernet ID
Hi Jason,
did you do anything?
I was checking the backend again, and I saw the activations were reset, but I didn´t get a notice from you?
So, I tried to activate DE again, but same as yesterday – after I typed in my serial, same message: " to many activations".
I just typed it once in, but after I got back to the backend, the activations were again "2"!?
I put some screenshots in, so you can see it.
Please help me, I need a job to be done, lost already a half day!!
I have sent the license to your email with instructions to activate design extender.
