What happened to my account details and purchases?

My Account is blank - When I log in I do not see any of my purchased extensions or forum posts. What happened to my account? I'm trying to build a website - its prompting me for a serial number and nothing shows up in my account?!?! I see several forum posts with this complaint but not solution.

-Even my name says "Anonymous" and I'm logged in.....
