cannot log into content management

I am not sure if I cannot remember my password or if there is a problem with logging in but I cannot access my cms. How can I access and/or reset my credentials?

use phpMyAdmin or another MySQL GUI tool to access the CMS database. look in the wa_settings table to find the admin username and password that where set during installation. use those credentials to log into the admin CMS.
