where does the submission date and time come from?

After I submit the form, the email with registration informaiton gets sent as expected. The submittion date and time are in the email as I want except the time zone says: 4:26 PM UTC. where does that time zone information come from? I've checked the server and I think it looks right there.

Thanks for any direction you can provide.

it comes form the php server settings.

yoou can change the time zone used in the email by adding the following code at line 1 of the form page:

<?php date_default_timezone_set('America/Chicago'); ?>

The list of valid timezones is here...
