Few issues

Trying to create a form. I am beta testing it on my server and am getting a weird: null undefined null undefined at the top of the site... Also, can't find the css rule to get rid of the border around the form. Did not see that option in the menus when creating it.

The form can be seen at: http://gfcreativeinc.com/clients/neograft/patients_find_a_dr.php

for the undefined, null at the top, that is probably text that is in the page. do a search for undefined and null to find where the test is and delete it

for the border, in the webassist/forms/fd_compact_default.css file, edit the form.Compact_Default selector and remove the border style:

border: 1px solid #C7C7C7;

Thanks - 1 more thing

Thanks Jason... Didn't see this in the design portion of the set up....

If I want to get rid of the yellow, green and red validation colors in the fields (I tried in the designer). It still has the colors applied. Where in the CSS can I alter these?

Thanks again!!!

those colors are set in the http://gfcreativeinc.com/clients/neograft/webassist/forms/fd_compact_default.css file

for example:

form.Compact_Default .textfieldFocusState input, form.Compact_Default input.textfieldFocusState {
background-color: #FFC;
}

i suggest using Fire Bug in fire fox to inspect the elements on the p[age and locate the CSS that effects them.

issues

I found some of these CSS areas and edited them. It has not changed anything. Still showing as yellow - See PM

that was only one example, there will be other places where the CSS is set as well. like i said, use Fire Bug to examine the page and find the CSS that effects the elements so that you can make changes.

Thanks

I used firefly to get the color and then scanned through the entire CSS to find all instances of it... Took a bit of time but got them all and made the changes. If I want to duplicate the form for another spot in the site or use it on another site is there a quick work for that?

no, you should create the form from the start for each instance.

Thank you..

Thanks Jason, I'm taking notes on all this to not bother you with it in the future,. To have a form forward to another page? Sorry, last question, promise...

you would need some behavior to process the form, such as sending an email when the form is submitted.

in the behaviors that processes the form, you can set the go to page to forward to another page after the form is processed.
