Checkout Wizard - Save order to database - it just doesn't work.

I have completely lost my patience Jason, I'm afraid.

I have tried and tried but the extension just doesn't work and I've done nothing more than follow instructions, tutorials, forum posts and more.

The entire Checkout Wizard Orders section is completely glitched. Simply...it doesn't work.
It doesn't pick up ANY database tables and, therefore, we can't progress. We are completely at a halt because of eCart.

I would like to know what can be done to assist us.

Hope to hear from you. Thank you.
