Hello. My wife and I are having a problem with our website (made totally with webassist PowerStore) and we are hosted by www.hostpapa.co.uk) when trying to access it all we can see is the following. I have contacted hostpapa and they have said the following reply.
techsupport@hostpapasupport.co
Hello,
It seems to be a coding issue and not a server related issue on our end. You will need to get in touch with your web developer to resolve the error.

Hello. I've just been chatting online to the live support people and they have told me to speak to you to open a ticket.
When trying to reach our site (www.wooddragonarts.com) all we can see is the following...
Warning: require_once(../../webassist/themes/Default/images/installed.jpg) [function.require-once]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in /home/woodd246/public_html/webassist/themes/theme_open.php on line 63
Fatal error: require_once() [function.require]: Failed opening required '../../webassist/themes/Default/images/installed.jpg' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/woodd246/public_html/webassist/themes/theme_open.php on line 63
We both (husband and wife) know absolutely nothing about code and so are lost here.
When trying to access the cpanel also it just rejects what I put in.
It is starting to look like we have been hacked again.
NB we are now both using "bitdefender" Total Security to try and prevent this happening if that is of any use to you.
Please help us to try and stay employed here.
Best regards Chris and Anne Clark
