I want to download HTML Editor, I bought it 4 years ago & have the licence key

From where now I can download HTML Editor ?

I do not see an order for HTML editor in your account. perhaps you used a different email address for the purchase.

provide the serial number in a private message and i can look up the order to find the account it is associated with.

You are right I bought it with a different email id but with that id I also can't see it in my downloads.

Jason Please reply... I have very old iRite instances working on my sites & they started to give some problems & I want them to replace them with new HTML Editor. (New for me)

Please verify my key from the previous private message & let me know where can I download the HTML Editor.

A Lot has changed here since past 4 years. Do you have new better & latest solution of iRite?

i have merged the account for other email address into this one. you should be able to see the downloads when logged in using this account.

go to the my account page, in the downloads section, click the all my downloads links.

iRite has been replaced by HTML Editor, which is now a part of Data Bridge.

Your screen shot shows that you are activating HTML Editor, but using the iRite serial number.

you will need to use the HTML Editor serial number to activate HTML Editor.

But I bought iRite & then I remember I got notified of being updated with HTML Editor. I never got new key for HTML Editor.
Now what If I need to run HTML Editor ? Do I need to pay for new licence key for HTML Editor ?

Am I not eligible for upgrade from iRite to HTML Editor ?

HTML Editor is a replace ment for iRite.

the iRite license key will not work for HTML Editor. log into your account, in the downloads section, click the all my downloads link. locate the download page for HTML editor and it will list the HTML editor serial number that you should use to activate HTML editor.
