eCart 6 with PayPal Payments Advanced Checkout Failure page Question
I have been getting complaints from customers ordering on the website, that after they submit the Checkout page with their billing, shipping and payment info they get the Checkout Failure page with the "We're sorry. Your transaction could not be completed." message. Is there a way to have this page display a reason why the transaction couldn't be completed so the purchaser would know? Even better, is there a way to have the Checkout Failure page send an email to the merchant or myself, the web designer, to let us know what may have happened. I have no way of knowing if the failure was user error, PayPal or eCart.
