How do I uninstall PowerCMS?

My problem is I have installed PowerCMS and it will not accept my admin username and password. I tried deleting the /admin_cms folder and the Mysql database that I had setup for PowerCMS and reinstalling it. It installs but still will not accept the admin username and password.

How do I uninstall it so I get a clean usable installation?

instead of trying to uninstall, look in the wa_settings table of the database for the admin username and password, make sure you are suing the correct username and password that a re stored in the wa_settings table.

I just checked the wa_settings table and the username and password listed are not working. I enter the wa_settings admin username and password and nothing happens. No error message.
