Jamie

running UE 'fails' each time

Hey Jason

Whenever I try to run UE I get the attached error message (and showing at which point it errors)

Am running
DB 1.1.8,
DE 1.17,
eCart 6.05
and DW CS6

Have tried resetting workspace and deleting the cahce file

Thanks in advance

Jamie

try uninstalling eCart while using Universal Email.

there is a conflict between eCart 6 and Universal Email that we hope to have corrected in the next update.

Ok thanks Jason. Do I need to uninstall both and reinstall DB or is just uninstalling eCart alone sufficient?

Uninstall eCart _should_ be sufficient, if that doesn't do it, then uninstall Data Bridge and reinstall it.

FYI, had to uninstall both and reinstall DB to get it working.

Any idea when the update will arrive that fixes the conflict?

Cheers

just to let you know that the eCart update now plays nicely with UE and vice versa
