Getting errors when creating Security Assist pages

Error in InitGeneration:
TypeError: wa.fb_shared_functions has no properties

error occured in updateProgressPanel:
TypeError: MM.securityassist_update.ui_obj.pages has no properties

Not sure what is happening. Seems like I am missing something?

What extensions including the version numbers are installed?

have you tried:
reset the workspace layout:
go to Window -> Work Space layout -> Reset '<your layout name>'

and Delete the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:

No I have not reset the layout I did delete the cache when I installed the extensions

It is while security assist is creating pages. I will uninstall and reinstall. Shoul I delete the cache also?

yes, I would delete the cache, restart the OS, delete again, then uninstall and reinstall.
