Can't access UE. get an error message. What can I do?

I modify UE in order to send bulk mailings from different databases. I'm getting the attached js error message. How do I handle this?

What version of Data Bridge do you have installed? make sure you have the latest version 1.1.8. If you have a previous version installed, make sure to uninstall it from the extension manager before installing the newer one.

What is your version of Dreamweaver?

What is you OS?

have you tried the following:
reset the workspace layout:
go to Window -> Work Space layout -> Reset '<your layout name>'

and Delete the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:

UE 4 has been updated to 4.0.1

eCart 5 is at 5.0.7

uninstall the previous versions that you have installed and install the newer ones that you can download form your account.

Installed updates. Still getting the error message above. Then I deleted UE from Behaviors, cleared DW cache, and re-added UE to behaviors. Still getting error message. What now?
