Make sure that you have the most recent extensions installed:

eCart 6.0.5
design Extender 1.1.7
data Bridge 1.1.8

if you have previous versions installed, uninstall them and install the latest ones.

Hi Jason
No good I'm afraid,
I have brand new mac mini, clean install of Dreamweaver CC, I am using Design extender 117,
I have destroyed the Dreamweaver config folder, uninstalled databridge and design extender in Extension Manager.
Restarted, re installed just design extender, launched dreamweaver when it proceeded to complete the install, all three phases completed, quit dreamweaver, relaunch and then try to activate and I get the same, maximum number of activations error in red.
Gone back to my downloads, reset all activations, taken a look at the number of activations available for design extender, 2, and tried again.
Don't know what to try now,

Hi Jason, I am having similar problem. I cannot find "order History" Reset Activations" to re-activate WeASSIST install.

We have updated our web site, so the page is in a different location.

Go to 'My Account' and then click on "All My Downloads"... the reset activations button is on the top of that page now.
