Phantom Binding Issue

I have deleted a file named trainingcheckout.php as I have established a different checkout process using eCart6. However I get the following DW error whenever I access the bindings panel. I cannot find an instance of 'trainingcheckout.php " anywhere in the site; I've tried rebuilding the site cache, resetting the workspace, and deleting the cache.

Thoughts???

Thanks,

Mike
