Failed activation of Design extender 112

I cannot activate Design extender 112. I have reinstalled the extension. My serial number has a green tick. But will not work. What do I do now

The Current Design Extender version is 1.1.7.

uninstall the 1.1.2 version you have installed and install the current version.

Hi I have just reinstalled 117 and upon starting DW I get a pop up window as attached. Using serial number supplied I still get the same error message as in previous message.

After the web assist installer completes, make sure you are restarting Dreamweaver before you try to activate.

let the WebAssist installer go through the 3 steps, click the done button, then restart DW
