Update the default value of your form elements

I have Data Bridege 1.1.6 and I am using CSS form builder to create a new simple contact form with security questions for a website. When I try to insert the form after completing my email form to recipient portion I get a pop up asksing to Update the default values for your form elements.

The current version of Data Bridge is 1.1.8.

uninstall the previous version form the extension manager and install the 1.1.8 version.

Thanks Jason,
That fixed that issue. Now after installing the update my Universal Email doesn't open. It starts to open and then closes real quickly.

I uninstalled ecart and reinstalled it. This did not help, I am still getting the same issue.
