Sizing/Scaling of Form Elements

I have tried a few times, but I am experiencing a problem with the address fields not fitting within the specified div. I can set the form to 100%, 50% or a defined width and everything except the address fields will scale to fit within the selected div. Those address fields, in preview, extend beyond the div and violate into other divs or beyond the mainContent and/or mainWrapper divs I create.

I have looked for ways to reduce the character width of the input fields, but it doesn't work. Any ideas on what I can do to fix this?

After creating the form using Form Builder, you can edit the width of the input boxes using Dreamweaver Tools if need be.
