Store not showing transactions past Jan 20th 2014?

Our store is not showing transactions or statistics past Jan 20th 2014 when there have in fact been purchases since then.

Please help.

What payment gateway are you using?

If you are using PayPal Payments standard, I suggest changing to the PayPal Express checkout payment gateway. The PayPal standard gateway has been deprecated in Cafe Commerce.

Thank you for the response but do you think there's a chance you can give me a bit more comprehensive answer than that, or perhaps take a look at our store to see what the issue is?

Was there notification from Cafe Commerce that "Paypal standard" is deprecated and no transactions will show up in the admin unless we switch to Paypal Express?

The issue is with using Paypal standard as the gateway, really. this is why i asked about which gateway you are using.

the comprehensive answer is to change the gateway to Paypal Express checkout instead of using PayPal payments standard.

Express checkout is the same user experience and is also a free service from PayPal.

I have no way of accessing your store.

you should create a test product with a price of 0.01 and do a test transaction to see if it is populating the database.

you can do a refund through paypal after the transaction is made.
