Billing name and address not displaying

Hi,
Trying to resolve an issue with the Billing Name billing address and the shipping name and address not displaying in the email sent after a successful purchase using eCart6 and PayPal Payments Advanced. The information displays on the checkout_successful.php page but not in the email.

(Originally we were having issues with the order of the email and database inserts causing the order number not to display, but Ray resolved those this morning.)

Thanks

in the waue_checkout_success_11.php file, do a find and replace for:
[FORMREF]

replace it with:
CheckoutWizard_NewFromBlank_Default

for example:
(WA_getSavedFormValue('[FORMREF]','Email_Address'))

should be
(WA_getSavedFormValue('CheckoutWizard_NewFromBlank_Default','Email_Address'))

the checkout form name is:
CheckoutWizard_Cool_Default

I had the wrong form name to replace [Formref] with

there are still a could instances where [FormRef] is used, replace thiese with:

CheckoutWizard_Cool_Default

then do a find and replace for:
CheckoutWizard_NewFromBlank_Default

and replace it with:
CheckoutWizard_Cool_Default

so my example above should have been:
(WA_getSavedFormValue('CheckoutWizard_Cool_Default','Email_Address'))
