Help with responsive forms in eCart6

I've converted all the forms for ecart6 to be responsive and it works to a degree. They display correctly for each different size device but the problem comes when changing from portrait view to landscape view. The ajax defines the height of the form to display so when changing from portrait to landscape the height isn't recalculated so part of the form may be hidden. If you refresh the page the height will be recalculated and will display correctly. Is there a way around this issue?
