Make sure you have the latest version of Data bridge installed, 1.1.8

if you have a previous version installed, uninstall it from the extension manager before installed the newer one.

If you still have the error, try Disabling the preview.

Go to webAssist -> Preferences in the preview section select the option to disable the preview.

The new version of Data Bridge also offers new preview engine choices, you can try selecting one of the other preview engines like WebKit.

Thanks I ended up upgrading to Adobe Creative Cloud and I reinstalled extensions using new installer...it didn't give me the preview error any more, and all seemed to be working, though I tried to use the email log feature and now when I submit the form I get this error: Table 'db515551049.email_log' doesn't exist

When I do open my site I get a message that it "needs to upload the Connection file" - even though it is already uploaded since the site was made in Dreamweaver CS4...I click yes, but I still have an "X" next to my connection files - not sure if this has something to do with it?

The emails submitted with the form do send...but the user gets the error message mentioned above.

In the universal email behavior, for the Logging settings, did you select the option to create the log table? if you don't already have the log table, you use the Create the Log table option.

you can create it manully using the following SQL:

CREATE TABLE `email_log` (
`EmailID` int(11) NOT NULL AUTO_INCREMENT,
`EmailTo` varchar(250) DEFAULT NULL,
`EmailFrom` varchar(250) DEFAULT NULL,
`EmailSubject` varchar(250) DEFAULT NULL,
`EmailBody` text,
`EmailHeader` text,
`EmailError` text,
`EmailStatus` varchar(50) DEFAULT NULL,
`EmailDate` timestamp NOT NULL DEFAULT CURRENT_TIMESTAMP,
PRIMARY KEY (`EmailID`)
) ENGINE=MyISAM DEFAULT CHARSET=latin1

Thanks so much - I was able to add in the log file manually (I did select the option to have it create it for me originally)...my test message worked, although the file I tried to upload didn't go through? - do you know also how to overcome the connections error I keep getting? Every time I open my site in Dreamweaver it says it needs to upload the database for functionality, I always click yes, but I get it every time I open the site.

in the universal email behavior, open the attachment tab, how are the attachments configured?

Send a screen shoot.

At this time, there is not a way around the message about needing to upload the connection file, the message comes from Power CMS Builder, there is a file that gets uploaded to the server to communicate with the database, for security reasons it is only good for a limited time, when it expires, a new version needs to be uploaded which is what happens when you click yes.
