error message

I have download and installed the new data assist and when I try to create a page I got this message. I am using windows 7, dreamweaver cs6
I have included the only page created insert page and the error page.

this error suggests that you are using one of the application presets, not selecting the option to have the wizard create the table, and using your own table that does not have the same structure as the preset.

The application presets that are available have a specific table structure that the presets are designed around.

if you are using your own table, you should select the New From Blank application preset to set up the wizard to use your table.

I have this error message when I was trying to build the form using the new version. I have uninstalled it and try the old one but after I have patch the key i can not open it to work with it. I re-install the new version and got the error again. see attached it the contact and thankyou pages.

you report that you have an error, but make no mention of what the error says?

I cannot troubleshoot an error if I dont know what the error says.

is it an error in Dreamweaver?

In the browser?
