eCart 6 transaction failure with Authorize.net and PayPal express

I'm getting the same error as Lee. The logins are correct and I'm not in sandbox mode. These same logins work with Ecart5.

["WAAuthNet"]=> string(280) "3::2::13::The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive.::::P::0::::::538.75::::auth_capture::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::6B43302EFB245A713FA4CCB90B150D41:

Paypal Express just doesn't work. Sometimes when I run checkout wizard and then try to do a transaction the popup never appears and the checkout_failure page appears. Sometimes when I run checkout wizard and then try to do a transaction I get an object not found error.

Need help don't know to go from here.

I fixed that and now the checkout page comes up but when using paypal the screen dims and the page freezes. The popup never does come up. When using authorize.net and you hit the continue button the progress bar comes up and stops and the page is the same. The page doesn't contain the credit card info. On the local server it still gives the same error. And when you use paypal its trying to use aurthorize.net login credentials.
