Advice for adding CMS

I have designed very simple catalogue style website to which I need to add CMS. I own various extension licenses including Design Extender, Power CMS Builder, Data Bridge and eCart.

This is the url to the test site: http://www.ninedesign.co.uk/costbusters/animation/2-dollar-products.php

Is there any advice you could give me to point me in the right direction for adding content management so my client can add and delete products (and if possible archive/hide deleted products)? The product boxes are self-contained styled list items.

Perhaps you can direct me to the most relevant tutorials, any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks, Bill
