It's difficult to tel what is wrong without seeing the code on the index.php page.

You removed the security question, but left the code to validate it.

delete line 18:

$WAFV_Errors .= WAValidateLE(((isset($_POST["Security_question"]))?strtolower($_POST["Security_question"]):"") . "",((isset($_SESSION["random_answer"]))?strtolower($_SESSION["random_answer"]):"") . "",true,5);

Hi Jason,

I removed line 18 and still there is no email from the form.

How long should it take to receive the form to my email?
