Cant make Upload File (image) function work :(

I do everything as on the tutorial ( http://www.webassist.com/community/tutorials/view_tutorial.php?tid=98 ) however dreamweaver gives this server mark up as you can see below after I press finish. Should I write anything on the 'Default File' section , cause its not mentioned in the tutorial, I left it blank, could it be because of this ?

// WA_UploadResult2 Params Start
$WA_UploadResult2_Params = array();
// WA_UploadResult2_1 Start
$WA_UploadResult2_Params["WA_UploadResult2_1"] = array(
'UploadFolder' => "undefined",
'FileName' => "[FileName]",
'DefaultFileName' => "",
'ResizeType' => "0",
'ResizeWidth' => "120",
'ResizeHeight' => "120",
'ResizeFillColor' => "#FFFFFF" );
// WA_UploadResult2_1 End
// WA_UploadResult2_2 Start
$WA_UploadResult2_Params["WA_UploadResult2_2"] = array(
'UploadFolder' => "../images/uploads/thumb/",
'FileName' => "[FileName]_thumb",
'DefaultFileName' => "",
'ResizeType' => "2",
'ResizeWidth' => "120",
'ResizeHeight' => "120",
'ResizeFillColor' => "#FFFFFF" );
// WA_UploadResult2_2 End
// WA_UploadResult2 Params End

the error means that the /images/uploads/ does not have full permissions to allow the file to be saved.

make sure the permissions for the /images/uploads/ folder are set to all full write access.

use file zilla to connect to your web server.

right click the upload folder and select File Attributes to set the permissions.
