Too many redirects

I have a page with too many redirects going on but I can't see where the problem is.

Could somebody please let me know what's wrong with this page attached?

FYI: The content of the page was created with the current version of data assist which was then applied to a template created by old version of PowerCMS. I have other pages that I have treated in exactly the same way, but for some reason, this one is problematic.

Thanks.
