Edit Field Values

Edit Field Values

I uploaded the new versions of Databridge and Design Extender and recreated a form from scratch. The new version has some nice features.

I created the form and when I click FINISH to have it insert the form in my page, it brings me to the Edit Field Values. Not sure what to do here, but I did match the default values. Even after I save the window and click the Finish button, it keeps bringing me back here and marking every field as "Required" even though I only have a few fields marked "Required".

Any help is appreciated.

I just talked to Ray about this, it seams to be a bug when adding a form that contains security elements (ie. Captcha and Honeyots) we will have an update released tomorrow to correct the problem, i will let you know when it is available.

Jason. You can let Ray know that I am not using any security elements...Captcha or Honeywhatever. But I look forward to the update.
Thanks!

Jason,

Not trying to push Ray for the update, but is their any work around you may know of? I do need to get this form online tonight or tomorrow.

Appreciate it...

I know Justin did a hot fix build of the data Bridge installer files, try uninstalling Data Bridge, then reinstalling it, that should run the install with the new installer files which should include the fix to this problem ahead of the official update release.

I just uninstalled and reinstalled 2 days ago. Is this a new build since then?

Jason,

The new build worked. Thank the guys for their fast work.

Observation, when I went in to edit the existing form, it defaulted all my fields to "required". I have fixed that.

I am having an issue with them form being sent. I manually inserted the file upload ability and the page just goes back to itself, not the thank you page. The address changes to: http://pat-chem.com/2014/quoteform.php?invalid=true

Appreciate your assistance.

UPDATE: Jason, any time I go back in and edit the content of the form, it resets all the "required" ticks to be active.

I'll need to troubleshoot directly, see the private message section.

I have logged a logged a bug on the validation resetting on re inspection, we'll have that fixed next week.
