Ecart 6 and the shopping cart

I have a client who wants a site designed with the cart to be somewhat like the Build a Honda Site http://automobiles.honda.com/tools/build-price/trims.aspx?ModelName=Accord Coupe&ModelYear=2014
The features that she wants is the panel open at each option choice and the cart to automatically update at each selection and be persistent.
Does ecart6 allow this easily? And, is there any tutorial to make it easier for me to follow?

No, eCart does not have the functionality built in to do this.

it can be done, but will require a lot of hand coding using jquery and ajax to accomplish. there is not a tutorial for doing this, it is custom coding.

we could help implement this in a premiere support appointment:

Thanks Jason,
I will install a new cart with all of the options that I need and then I will get the premier support appointment.
Thanks
