Checkout problems

Hi me again,

I'm not sure what is happening with my checkout page.

I've got my store front with 2 items

if I add to cart any of the items I go to my cart....everything it fine

When I go to my checkout page I purposely did not add any design to the pages.

When I start to fill out any information and the validation is incorrect the page refreshes and then my 404 page kicks in.

after filling in the form this then refreshes and becomes unreadable

All the ecart pages created by WA are all found in the same folder on the server.

I've taken the phone validation off for the moment because that's doing my head in too...;-)

Use this link as I have closed the store at the moment

Thanks in advance

Andy

i updated the webassist/ecart/checkout/js/paymentoptions.js file to correct the problem.

it is a bug that will effect carts that are not at the root of the site.
it will fixed in the next update.

Sorry to be a nuisance again but after going through the checkout, My page messes up still

the checkout form and the shipping form overlap each other

see image attached

and also my URL shows as follows

http://www.crieffhighlandgathering.com/myStore/shoppingcart/checkout.php?invalid=true

I'm not sure if this is related to the last issue.

Sorry!!

ok, i updated the webassist/ecart/checkout/js/paymentoptions.js file again to correct the problem.

it is unique to using the Express only checkout option.

this will also be corrected in the next update.

Hi Jason,

Thanks again.

Just a couple of quick questions

I had originally produced the 6 pages via eCart and came upon this error, so i deleted the original 6 pages thinking I had done something wrong and re generated them from the standard setup with no additional settings I.E. table creation, database saves. Just the bare minimum. If I copy the .js file to my local drive then delete the pages and recreate what I actually want, would copying the .js file back to the server be OK?

If not how long before the next update is released?

Thanks again

Andy

Yes, download the updated copy of the webassist/ecart/checkout/js/paymentoptions.js file, then you can delete the existing checkout page and re upload the updated version.

The update should be available this week.
