help with keyword search

Hi,
I have implemented keyword search on my website. I set space as 'AND' and comma as 'OR'.
I would like when i search for 'staffordshire cottage, staffordshire castle' for the results to return all the staffordshire cottages and staffordshire castles.
Instead, it appears to only return the 'staffordshire castle'. ie: the term after the comma.

Here is link to my search page:

http://madelena.com/searchResults.php?searchWords=type+in+keywords+here&Search=Search

Can you work out why this is happening please?

Thanks,

Ben

your search should be:

"staffordshire cottage","staffordshire castle"

Thanks Jason. Works a treat.
One small issue - when i use parenthesis - "staffordshire cottage" - the search term does not get saved in the search box at the top of the page. Whereas, if i don't use parenthesis- staffordshire cottage - it does. I prefer when it gets saved in search box, so people can see what they searched.

Any ideas?

Thanks,

Ben

instead of populating the search box with the search term, ech the ssearch term outside next to the Keyword/s label.
