Error Following Update

I just updated Data Bridge and Design Extender to the current versions. I'm now getting the following error when I open Dreamweaver:

unable to find file WA_SiteTools_ProgressV2.htm in the Configuration/ Floaters Directory. The floater will not be shown.

How do I fix this?

reset the workspace layout:
go to Window -> Work Space layout -> Reset '<your layout name>'

and Delete the Dreamweaver Cache file from the users configuration folder:

I had this same issue but nothing is opening at all after update.
I mean nothing from webassist.
When i click any part of webassist nothing appears.

Also nothing related to webassist appearing on server behaviours.

When you first open a page in dreamweaver after the update, the webassist installer should run. Did that happen?

Then it asks you to restart Dreamweaver when it completes. Did you get this message?

We need a bit more information to determine what is going on here.

I'd first try to reinstall through the extension manager:

1) Open the Extension Manager
2) Close Dreamweaver
3) Uninstall the Extension
4) Re-install the Extension
5) Open Dreamweaver and open a page so that the WebAssist installer runs
6) Close Dreamweaver

If you follow those steps and still have issues, report back here with any error messages you get or any unexpected results you might have in detail and we can look into this with you further.

Rename the users configuration folder. for help locating the users configuration folder, see this post:
http://www.webassist.com/tutorials/Common-installation-issues

after you rename the configuration open DW to have it recreated, then close DW and open the extension manager. In the extension manager, remove any extensions that are installed, and then reinstall.
