Am getting error codes on my log in and create new user page and update

Am getting error codes on my log in and create new user page and update

after creating user log in, update, registeration, sign in pages with security assist, am getting this codes when i try to view it online

(1) ( Fatal error: Call to undefined function WA_Auth_RulePasses() in C:\xampp\htdocs\dist\login.php on line 117),

(2) (Fatal error: Call to undefined function WA_Auth_RulePasses() in C:\xampp\htdocs\dist\registration.php on line 82)

(3) (Fatal error: Call to undefined function WA_Auth_RulePasses() in C:\xampp\htdocs\dist\login.php on line 117 (user update page}).

Please how do i fix it. Note: When i was creating the pages i chose the "Simple Registeration" option. Thanks

your pages are missing the security assist helper file. add this code at line 1:

<?php require_once( "../webassist/security_assist/helper_php.php" ); ?>
