CSS Menu Writer window is too big and cant be resized.

CSS Menu Writer window can not be resized and the 'finish' or save buttons on the define window can not be accesable, as they are under my windows tab area at the very buttom of thescreen. My screen is set to 1360x 768 and that ,is the largest possible. DPI is set to normal 100% (96 px/inc )
Also when I try to hide the buttom window from windows ( hide automaticly) but even the windows menu on the screen at the buttom is hiden, still the same, the menu desiner is just automaticly largens itself and the buttons at the buttom is not accessable again. !!
Please advice asap.

that ratio, 1360x 768 creates a screen size that is too short to fit the menu writer wizard, change the resolution to 1024 x 768, you can always change it back after using menu writer.
