How long should installing the eCart plug-in take?

I am stuck at the WebAssist Installer screen for the last 30+ minutes. I have metro ethernet connection and concerned something is not connecting on my side.

I've had it take a while like that when Anti Virus was enabled.

I have MacAffee enti virus which has a pretty strict real time file scanner. It scans each file as it is being created, I found disabling that allowed the install process to go a lot quicker. you may have another anti virus package that has a similar real time scanner causing the install to slow down.
