Fatal error: Call to undefined function WA_manageSEO()

I am getting the following error at the bottom of the page - Fatal error: Call to undefined function WA_manageSEO(). I have looked at older page that do not have this and they do not include <?php WA_manageSEO(); ?> at the bottom of the page. I have looked for any files that need to updated and I can not find any newer than are already on the server but....

Any ideas? Is this pulled from a specific file? Folder? Thanks. Bryan

that function is defined in the WA_CMS/WA_CMS.php file.

make sure this line:
<?php require_once("WA_CMS/WA_CMS.php"); ?>
is after the head tag.

Yes, it is after the head tag and I have attached a copy of the page. I created this site awhile ago and then just went back and started reworking with the site. I am afraid that I am creating these new pages with a newer version of design extender but with older associated files. I am attaching the WA_CMS.php file as well. I am trying to see if there is a way to "reapply" the CMS to the site in order to update any of the associated files?... Thank you.

Ahhh. Now I am getting this - "Table 'cciusa_cms1.pcms2_toolbarpresets' doesn't exist" at the top of a blank page when I go to the webpage if I am logged in and the page stops loading with the following if I go to the webpage not logged in to the CMS "Unknown column 'C2.ContentInlineToolbar' in 'field list'"

did you run the database update from step 2:
Step 2: Execute the database update page
Load the following page in your browser:

{yourdomain.com}/install_cms/scripts/upgrade.php

that should create the missing tables.

I am very sorry. I was clearly trying to do too many things at once. It all seems good. Thank you. Thank you.

The issues persists... I have added some additional styles (css) to the html editor. When I first did this I lost the display of the HTML editor on the update page but found that the "wizard" was replacing "$CKEditor_config["skin"] = "moono";" with "$CKEditor_config["skin"] = "kama";" and the "kama" no longer worked. Once I found this and replaced it with the "moono" from the pcms update files it seems to work fairly well. However, now the inline editor if you go to edit on the webpage on the live pages themselves the page removes all css styling in the CMS areas and my css styles are not available. Where is the css set for this inline page editor?

I'll need to troubleshoot directly, see the private message section.
