problem to update

when i try to update the tex that i have in the field html, does not appear the content to update the text. in bind to <?php echo $row_rsActualizar['descripcion']; ?> in the initial value, but doest work?

on that page i added test 123 into the description field, then loaded the page again.

the description is being updated for me wen i test it.

the thing is, if you writte a mesage linke: 123 and some text...that work, the problem is if i copy some tex from word file, and paste into html, and update, it disappears, or if i paste into a new record...after that, i can update the record, because it is from word file....if i write directy it appear.

OK, that was not clear.

when you copy from word, it includes a bunch of MS word specific formatting that will break the page. when copying from word you need to use the Copy from Word toolbar icon to remove the formatting, or the copy as plain text tool.
